Jupiter 10V PRO

The ÜLKA Jupiter 10V PRO dry heat sterilizer is a professional solution for the thermal treatment of metal instruments in the manicure and pedicure industry. This model is designed for nail technicians, nail studios, beauty salons, and training centers where high capacity, consistent results, and efficient organization of the sterilization process are essential.
In this model, instruments are placed on 7 horizontal shelves, ensuring even distribution of hot air and consistent sterilization quality. The sterilizer is suitable for both sterilization without kraft bags and sterilization in kraft bags, making it a versatile solution for any salon format.
Particularly effective for large beauty salons and training centers where continuous operation, high capacity, and a steady flow of instruments for sterilization are essential.
Key Benefits
• 7 levels of horizontal loading
• Suitable for sterilization with and without kraft bags
• Holds 14 to 49 kraft bags
• Powerful and stable heating — 0.7 kW

Operating modes
The ÜLKA dry heat sterilizer supports three sterilization modes:
• 200 °C — 30 min
• 180 °C — 60 min
• 160 °C — 150 min
A separate drying mode is also available:
• 80 °C — 30 min
Drying Mode
The separate drying mode is designed to prepare instruments before sterilization. The chamber heats up to 80 °C, which helps remove residual moisture after preliminary cleaning of the instruments.
Important: The drying mode does not replace sterilization. After drying, you must select one of the sterilization temperature modes.
Rules for using the drying mode
• Place instruments without kraft bags.
• Remove visible water droplets before loading.
• Do not overload the chamber: recommended fill level is up to 70%.
• Be sure to run the sterilization mode after drying.
• For best results, it is recommended to air-dry the instruments for at least 8 hours beforehand.
If excessively damp instruments are loaded or the 80 °C mode is used incorrectly, a film may form on the metal surface.
Reliability in daily use
The ÜLKA dry heat sterilizer is designed for consistent professional use. It helps organize a continuous instrument processing workflow in the salon, ensuring convenience for the technician and high quality in every cycle.
For consistent performance, it is recommended to clean the chamber regularly, follow loading guidelines, and not exceed the recommended fill volume.
ÜLKA dry heat sterilizers combine reliability, thoughtful ergonomics, and compliance with medical standards. They are designed for professionals who value safety, consistent results, and comfort in their work.
Manufacturer’s recommendation: use ÜLKA brand kraft bags, compatible with Jupiter 10V PRO models.
